A laboratory, complete with test equipments calibrated to national standards are in place. It is capable of conducting chemical analysis by wet method, macro and micro examination of samples including facility for photograph and storage as well sharing. A full range of mechanical testing facility is also in place.
Adequate knowledge in metallurgy helps us in our process design as well customization of products for critical and unique applications.
For value addition we do have two “Magnetic Particle Inspection equipment” which are used to detect surface and sub-surface defects in both longitudinal as well transverse orientations. We guarantee 100% surface defect free bars [on specific order].
For Steel Bars to be used for safety components, ultrasonic testing is also carried out on bars for confirming internal soundness [on specific order].
